(please have voicemail set up on your phone in case you are unable to answer when we return your call)  Please limit online requests to non-emergency situations.  We have limited number of volunteers to answer online requests and responses may take longer through email.  When leaving online or phone request, please list if cat or dog, what the symptoms are, when did it start, when they were last seen by a vet (and Vet's name) and your zip code  We appreciate your support.

Please also do a web search for other means of assistance for pet owners, please do not wait if you think the situation is urgent as we are not on call 24/7
