The Joyce Vincent Spay/Neuter Fund

On Monday, December 27, 2004 our dear friend Joyce Vincent lost her battle to breast cancer. I often told "Joycie" she was an angel who walked the earth. She was a champion for animals and led by example. Joyce volunteered with Shamrock Foundation for twelve years in many areas. Her focus was to aid as many animals as possible, help wherever and whenever she was needed and to educate the public. Even during her battle with
cancer she remained very much involved with Shamrock.Then when she became very weak, she still wanted to know everything that was going on and continued to give advice.
